PROFITEROLE CREAM malta

PROFITEROLE CREAM

Ingredients:

COVERCREAM CHOCOLATE OR WHITE g 1000
Cream g 2000
 

Preperation:

Melt the COVERCREAM at about 35°C and add it to the cream which has been lightly whipped. Use this mixture to cover eclairs which have already been filled.
