METHOD: beat together in a mixer equipped with whisk attachment at medium speed for 6 minutes, place the mixture in buttered, floured moulds and bake at 180-190°C. To produce PLUM CAKE with sultanas and candied fruit, after beating, incorporate 200g of sultanas and 200g of candied fruit into the mixture. To make CHOCOLATE PLUM CAKE, substitute the sultanas and candied fruit with 200g of PEPITA (drops of dark chocolate).
