Water g 200-300
Eggs g 350
Beat all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with paddle attachment at medium speed for 5 minutes. Place the mixture into the proper moulds, filling them only for 3/4 and decorate with sugar granules, sliced almonds, HAZELNUT GRANULES or PEPITA CHOCOLATE. Bake at 180-200°C for about 25 minutes.
WARNING:
- To obtain muffins with different fillings it is possible to add at the end of the dough PEPITA CHOCOLATE, fresh or frozen blueberries, raisins, candied fruit, etc. (adding 200 g to the dough above indicated).
- The muffins can be kept for several days if stored in airtight containers, and for more than a month if frozen.
- It is also possible to freeze the muffins before they are baked. In this case, bake them directly, without thawing them.
