BEATEN SHORTBREAD WITH EGGS

Ingredients:
Butter or cream margarine g 750
Icing sugar g 350
Flour g 1100
Whole eggs g 300
Lemon, vanillia essence - w.n.
Preperation:
Beat the butter or the cream margarine, the sugar and the eggs with heavy wires whisk reaching a light cream; after that incorporate the flour by hand. For this recipe, together with flour, you can also add some chocolate drops (PEPITA); the quantity of drops is calculated according to the dimension of them and to the personal taste; as indication 10% on the total quantity of the recipe.
