fine cinnamon powder g 15-20
Melt CHOCOSMART MILK CHOCOLATE in micro-waves oven at 35°C, add the cinnamon in powder and stir gently. Cover the moulds with tempered RENO MILK 37/39, fill them with mixture previously obtained. Wait some minutes in order to let the filling harden and close with tempered RENO MILK 37/39. Let cool at 10/15°C and remove from moulds.
