PASTA GIANDUIA- Gianduia paste for flavourings. Description: PASTA GIANDUIA is a ready to use paste. Due to its high concentration, it's mainly intended for flavouring of creams, ice cream, etc. Direction to use: FOR PASTRY APPLICATIONS:
100-160 gr of PASTA GIANDUIA each 1000 gr of custard cream, whipped cream, butter cream, etc.
FOR ICE-CREAM APPLICATIONS:
80-100 gr of PASTA GIANDUIA each 1000 gr of basic mixture.
