Preparation in powder for the realization of Crème Caramel
CRÈME CARAMEL is an extraordinary powder mix thanks to which you may prepare delicious Crème Caramels very easily and quickly, just by adding milk.
All the ingredients used for CRÈME CARAMEL have been accurately selected as to give it the traditional, typical home-made taste.
BASIC RECIPE:
CRÈME CARAMEL 200 g
Milk 1000 g
Stir the mix into a small part of milk (about 200 g).
Add the remaining milk and bring to a light boiling point, while stirring frequently. Pour into moulds and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
