CREMIRCA creams can also be used when a high cooking tolerance is necessary. During freezing, CREMIRCA creams maintain their properties. CREMIRCA creams lend themselves excellently as flavourings for custards and cream and in the preparation of ice-cream cakes, mousses and Bavarian creams.
