If you wish to obtain a particularly tasty custard, milk may be substituted for the water which must be used at room temperature (15-25°C). The quantities are as follows:

Milk g 1000
AddEMILY CREAM to the water (or the milk) and whisk it energetically, then let it rest for 3 minutes and mix again briefly until obtaining a smooth and creamy structure.
